1. Petitioner submits she is a bona fide purchaser of the vehicle. She prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer.

3. We have considered materials on record.

De facto complainant had handed over a vehicle to a garage owner namely Moidul Islam. Petitioner in collusion with Moidul Islam, obtained the vehicle on the strength of forged and fabricated documents. Vehicle is yet to be recovered.

4. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner for recovery of the vehicle is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
