1. The said matter appears at the instance of the writ petitioner for a correction of a typographical error which has been crept in the third line of paragraph 12 of the order dated 19.01.2026 which shall be read as "true and correct, the" in place and stead of "motivated, baseless and legally unsustainable". It is also noted that the phrase "from the date of communication of the said order" shall be incorporated in the third line of the paragraph 9 after the phrase "a period of fortnight".

2. The other portion of the said order remains unaltered forming to be the part of the earlier order dated 19.01.2026.
