The parties are ad idem that the order is complied by issuance of an office order dated 25.03.2026 under the signature of the Senior Special Secretary to the Government of West Bengal in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Health Service (Medical Administration) Branch.

In view of the copy of the order being placed on record and recording the stand of the parties there is no scope for passing any order in the present writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

The contempt application bearing CCP No. 27 of 2025, pending before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal, in view of the above noted development has become infructuous and its pendency would be futile.

The same is accordingly disposed of.
