The revisional application has been preferred for quashing the Entally Local P.S. Case No. 366 of 2019 dated 27.11.2019, which was registered under sections 20(b)(ii)(c)/29 of the NDPS Act.

Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayers so advanced.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4687 of 2023 is dismissed.
