1. Petitioner stands implicated in dacoity. Petitioner was identified in test identification parade. Trial is in progress. Stolen articles along with the vehicle used in the dacoity were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

2. Desirability of granting bail to the petitioner at this stage of the trial does not exist.

3. Prosecution is to examine 8 more witnesses. Schedule for next date before the learned trial court stands fixed.

4. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. CRM(DB) 4057 of 2024 is dismissed.
