Presumably, there are arrears, which has accrued. In case the arrears are huge, the learned Magistrate is directed to offer some instalments to the petitioner so that the petitioner would be able to clear the same by earning in near future With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4661 of 2023 is disposed of.
