The petitioners submit that after filing of the writ petition, the Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality accepted the fees for sanction of building plan on 16th January, 2023 and at present the Municipality is processing the plan proposal submitted by the petitioners.

The Municipality admits collection of the necessary fees.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Municipality to take steps for consideration of the plan proposal filed by the petitioners for sanction of the building plan in

accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of sixty days from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The Municipality shall intimate the petitioners the fate of the plan proposal immediately thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
