There is no scope to interfere with the order impugned. The suit has been fixed for arguments. The revisional application is disposed of directing the learned Judge, 2nd Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Calcutta to adjudicate Ejectment Suit No. 458 of 2017 expeditiously. Both parties are at liberty to raise all objections at the time of trial. The suit be disposed of within the next four months from the next date fixed. There shall be no order as to costs.
