An opportunity of hearing shall be granted to the parties and thereafter the Corporation shall take a decision in the matter.

Learned advocate for the Corporation submits that partial demolition has taken place.

The Corporation shall not take further coercive steps in the matter till the reasoned order is passed and communicated to the parties.
