The instant revisional application is filed for seeking expeditious disposal of the G.R. Case No.1781 of 2025 arising out of New Barrackpore P.S. Case No.78 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that charge-sheet was submitted on 22nd April, 2025. The petitioner appeared in the proceeding and obtained bail. The case has been running on stage of supply of copies since April, 2025. In the facts and circumstances, CRR 5300 of 2025 is dismissed and the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore request to expedite the hearing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No.1781 of 2025 and try and dispose of the same as early as possible.
