Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate has already taken steps in response to the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

It appears that the writ petition stood dismissed for default on account of non-appearance of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner on 14th May, 2024.

I have perused the application for recalling the order of dismissal and being satisfied, recall the order dated 14th May, 2024 and restore the writ petition to its original file and number.

The application being IA NO. CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

The original application is not in the file. A photocopy of the application being CAN 1 of 2024 handed over by the learned advocate appearing on

behalf of the petitioner in Court today be retained with the records.

As the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the writ petition, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
