It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Investigation is complete. Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the paramour of the wife of the deceased. He along with the wife of the deceased conspired to murder the latter. Neighbours saw the petitioner come out of the house of the deceased on the fateful night. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
