The petitioner prays for an order on the Presiding Officer of DRT-I in-charge of DRT-III to fix a date for hearing of an application filed by the petitioner on 14th November, 2022. The said application was filed against an 'e-auction' notice published by the respondent no.1, finance company.

Since learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submits that the 'e-auction', which was scheduled for yesterday i.e. 19th December, 2022, failed due to insufficient bidders, the writ petition has become infructuous.

W.P.A.28277 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of. Needless to say, the petitioner will have the liberty to take appropriate steps in the DRT for urgent relief, if required.
