The alleged contemnor no. 1, Sri Chitradip Sen, S.D.O., Baruipur is virtually present before this Court. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors has placed a copy of this order dated 25th September, 2025. The order signed on 11.11.2025. The same is a result of the hearing conducted on 25th September, 2025.

It is further submitted that due to error a further notice has been issued to the applicant on 19.01.2026. 4.

The said notice dated 19.01.2026 may be ignored by the applicant.

The delay occurred due to various responsibilities including SIR and Gangasagar Mela. The learned counsel for the alleged contemnors conveys apologies for the delay in passing of the order, which was signed on 11.11.2025.

The applicant may avail any remedies against the final order as available in law.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. 8.

Accordingly, CRC 1 of 2026 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Sri Chitradip Sen, S.D.O., Baruipur is present in virtual mode. His presence is dispensed with. 10.

Copy of the said order, signed on 11.11.2025, is taken on record.
