Earlier, on 12-12-2023, when the revisional application was called, none represented the petitioners. The revisional application has been running in the list for a considerable period of time. The revisional application has been preferred for quashing of the Dankuni P. S. case No. 164/2022 dated 12-05-2022 wherein chargesheet was submitted under Sections 498A/406 IPC. The documents enclosed in the revisional application reflects that only chargesheet has been enclosed. Having regard to the same, I direct that the petitioners would be at liberty to take up all the issues canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4653 of 2023 is disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
