A copy of the said affidavit is served in course of hearing to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned Senior advocate for the petitioner that the matter may be adjourned to allow him to consider the instruction in the form of an affidavit filed by the respondent no.3. It is also submitted by the said Senior Advocate that due to miscommunication and lack of clarity in the instruction given to him by the petitioner he had submitted on 6th March, 2026, as recorded in the order, that the writ petitioner will not claim salary till 31st March, 2027. It should be read, meant and construed, according to the

learned Senior advocate for the petitioner, as 31st March, 2026 instead of 31st March, 2027.

The writ petitioner shall be free to use an objection to the affidavit, if so advised, by 13th April, 2026. Reply thereto, if any, by 4th May, 2026. Let this matter appear on 8th May, 2026.
