The petitioner is aggrieved by his transfer and posting to the K.T.P.P. Primary School under Kolaghat-I Circle. He joined the school but charge has not been handed over to him because of resistance by some school personnel thereat.

The petitioner has made a representation dated October 11, 2023 to the Chairman of the Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council. The Chairman appears to have directed the Inspector of Schools, Kolaghat-I Circle to look into the matter.

Let an appropriate decision be taken by the Inspector of Schools, Kolaghat-I Circle and the Chairman in accordance with law based on the representation of the petitioner.

The private respondent no. 14 submits that he has filed an independent writ petition being WPA 26402 of 2023. He has challenged the entire appointment and recruitment process in which the petitioner herein succeeded.

The actions of the Chairman and the Inspector of Schools and the handing over charge to the petitioner herein shall abide by the result of WPA 26402 of 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
