1. Heard learned advocate for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record and the statements of witnesses before the Magistrate implicate the petitioner in the murder. In view of the gravity of offence and the prima facie materials implicating the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
