2. Application being CAN 1 of 2026 is for recall of the order dated 26th February, 2026 passed by a coordinate bench on the connected writ petition.

3. Respondent nos. 9 to 13 and 17 are represented by learned advocate. However, other respondents are not represented.

4. On perusal of the explanation offered in the application it appears that petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from being represented before the Court on the date when the writ petition stood dismissed for default. Order dated 26th February, 2026 is recalled.

5. Writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

6. Application being CAN 1 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of.

7. Let the writ petition appear under the heading 8Motion9 in the monthly combined list of June, 2026.
