Mr. Nilanjan Chatterjee ....for the petitioner Ms. Rama Halder Ms. Sangjukta Samanta ....for the State It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that under wrong impression leave was prayed for by the learned advocate on record to correct the description of the respondent No.11. He submits that the proper designation of the concerned respondent authority should be "Assistant Engineer, Kakdwip National Highway Sub-Division, Public Works (Road) Directorate, Government of West Bengal" instead of "Assistant Engineer, National Highway Division".

Leave is granted to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner to amend the cause title of the writ petition here and now.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the State, the designation of the respondent No.11 as recorded in the order dated February 2, 2026 be corrected as "Assistant Engineer, Kakdwip National Highway Sub-Division, Public Works (Road) Directorate, Government of West Bengal".

Let such error be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated February 2, 2026. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
