After three applications under the Administrative Tribunals Act, before the State Administrative Tribunal being O.A. 647 of 2013, O.A. 816 of 2015 and O.A. 332 of 2018 and C.C.P 51 of 2021, the petitioner on the selfsame cause of action has now approached the High Court seeking compassionate employment.

Admittedly, the father of the petitioner was working in the State Police. He died in January 2000. The petitioner has not been able to obtain any relief from Tribunal.

The writ petition on the selfsame cause is not maintainable and is in gross abuse of process of law.

WPA 27152 of 2023 shall stand dismissed with costs, assessed at Rs. 5,100/- payable by the petitioner to the DGP (Establishment), West Bengal Police Directorate.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
