These two revisional applications are taken up together as the same relief is being sought for. 2.

The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No.41 of 2010 and Title Suit No.16387 of 2014. Both the suits are pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Howrah, District - Howrah and are being heard analogously. It is submitted that no applications are pending. The Commissioner's report is awaited.

The prayer of the petitioner is innocuous. Neither party stands to lose if a proceeding is disposed of expeditiously. In fact, such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties. Hence,

there is no requirement for service of prior notice upon the opposite party.

This revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Judge to dispose of both the suits preferably within a year from the next date fixed upon giving adequate opportunity to all the contesting parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, strictly in accordance with law.

This court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the suits. The learned court shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

A copy of the revisional application along with a server copy of this order be served upon the opposite parties and/or the learned advocate contesting the matter on behalf of the opposite parties in the learned court below, within a week. 7.

Affidavit-of-service to be filed before the Court below.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
