Consequently the prayer of petitioners, made in this revisional application for quashing of Charge-Sheet No. 216/14 dated 28th May, 2014 in connection with Nabagram P.S. Case No. 57/2014 dated 1st February, 2014 under Sections 498A/307/34 IPC & 3 /4 Dowry Prohibition Act and quashing of cognizance dated 23rd June, 2014, becomes infructuous.

Accordingly this revisional application along with the application, if any, is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
