1. Liberty is granted to correct the cause title of the petition.

2. In the cause title of the order "Liluah P.S Case No. 248 of 2018" be read as "Liluah P.S Case No. 284 of 2018".

3. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

4. Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order.

5. Petitioner was unable to furnish local sureties. As a result, he is still in custody.

6. Under such circumstances, we modify the condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner and direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act-cum-3rd Court, Howrah subject to condition that he shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

7. In the event the petitioner fails to appear before the Trial Court without any justifiable cause, the trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.
