1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. It is submitted petitioner no. 3 has been arrested. Accordingly, application so far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, is disposed of as infructuous.

3. Having considered the materials on record and keeping in mind the nature of injury, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to others.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 viz. Amit Ghosh @ Rahul Ghosh, Rajkumar Ghosh, Shankar Ghosh and Sourav Ghosh shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.

5. Petitioner nos. 1, 2 4 and 5 shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
