1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Large volume of narcotic was recovered from the petitioner. CDRs show telephonic exchanges between the petitioner and co-accused from whom narcotics was recovered. Custodial interrogation is necessary to unravel the conspiracy in dealing in narcotics.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
