Mr. Lahiri, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the purpose of this writ petition has already been served in view of appointment of arbitrator by the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Society by its letter dated 25th November, 2022, a copy of which has been filed in Court which may be kept with the record.

It is expected that learned arbitrator shall expedite the matter without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
