Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing 18.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.21 Rakib on behalf of the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities have concluded their investigation and submitted charge-sheet in connection with Hare Street Police Station case no. 222 dated 26.07.2023.

However, the petitioner being de facto complainant is unaware regarding the outcome of the investigation. The investigating officer of the case is directed to communicate the outcome of the investigation to the petitioner so that it would enable him to take steps in accordance with law before the jurisdictional Court. In view of the present stage of the case no further order need be passed.

Accordingly, WPA 27155 of 2023 is disposed of. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
