It appears from the said report that the authorities are taking steps to implement the policy for rationalization of teachers working in recognized non-Government aided/sponsored secondary schools in the State.
The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in History of Saktipur K.M.C. Girls' High School, District- Murshidabad.
The petitioner on mutual transfer has joined the aforesaid School in the month of September, 2021 and is now seeking general transfer primarily on the ground of her illness.
The petitioner is the sole history teacher of the said school.
The medical reports annexed with the writ petition do not inspire the confidence of this Court to entertain the prayer of the petitioner.
W.P.A. 28293 of 2022 is dismissed with the above terms without any order as to costs.
