Since CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 10892 of 2019) is not traceable in the instant file. As per request made by this Court Mr. Ray, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has filed an authenticated copy of the CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 10892 of 2019).

Let the said authenticated copy of the application being CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 10892 of 2019) is taken on record.

By filing CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 10892 of 2019) the writ petitioner has prayed for disposal of the instant writ petition at the earliest.

By filing CAN 2 of 2024 the writ petitioner has prayed for reconstruction of the file of the instant writ petition since at that material time the file of the instant writ petition was not traceable.

In view of such, this Court is of considered view that both CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 10892 of 2019)

and CAN 2 of 2024 have practically become infructuous and are thus disposed of.

In Re: WPA 29632 of 2017 1.

On perusal of the petition under consideration this Court is of considered view that the instant writ petition is required to be heard upon exchange of affidavits.

In view of such, the writ petitioner is directed to serve copies of the instant writ petition along with a server copy of this order upon the respondent nos. 1 and 2 separately by issuing notices in writing under speed post and to file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned date.

Let the matter be listed in the Monthly List of April, 2025 under the same heading.
