Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner was assaulted and suffered abortion. The present police case was lodged to falsely implicate the petitioners. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the de facto complainant stated that the petitioners assaulted her by reason of which she suffered miscarriage.

There are materials in the case diary implicating both the petitioners in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 5950 of 2022 is dismissed.
