Investigation with regard to voice sample is awaited. No narcotic substance was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is on interim bail. No adverse report is submitted against him.

Accordingly, bail prayer of the petitioner is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

Application for bail is, thus, allowed.
