Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

It is the prosecution case that at the time of fleeing away, the petitioner instigated the co-accused to fire upon the police personnel. There are about 12 criminal antecedents against the present petitioner, including charges under Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 395 and 304 of the Penal Code. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
