Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. By an order dated 09.05.2024 passed by this Court in WPA 27177 of 2023, the police authorities were asked to keep a sharp vigil at the locale, ensure that no breach of peace took place and to see that no order of a civil Court was violated. In spite of this, with the help of police, the miscreants demolished the petitioner's shoproom. Let a copy of this application be served upon the alleged contemnors by speed post with acknowledgement due, within a week from this date and file an affidavit of service to that effect on the next date.

List this matter for further consideration under the same heading after two weeks.
