1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No. 2625 of 2013 pending before the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that witnesses have already been examined by the learned Magistrate and the matter is pending for argument for a considerable period due to adjournments sought for on behalf of the opposite party.

3. Considering the nature of prayer of this revisional application, service of notice stands dispensed with.

4. The Learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the Complaint Case No. 2625 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and if the matter is pending for hearing argument then the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the case within four weeks from the date of reopening after the ensuing puja vacation.

5. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Judge for information and compliance.

6. With the above observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
