Petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Haripal Police Station in enforcing the order of status quo passed by the Civil Court in T.S. No. 150 of 2022 by the learned Civil Judge (Sr.

Division), Chandannagar, Hooghly.

The police have submitted a report dated 31.03.2023, which is taken on record.

It appears from the report that on the petitioner's complaint, Haripal Police has registered FIR No.

of dated 09.03.2023.

Investigation has been completed and the charge sheet No. 91 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023 has been filed.

The petitioner must obtain specific directions from the Civil Court on the Haripal Police Station to enforce the order of status quo. 6.

In the event of any specific order of the Civil Court, Haripal Police shall comply with the same.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
