1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in July, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then. Offence involves murder and attracts mandatory life imprisonment. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
