It is submitted that in terms of this Court's order dated 22nd May, 2024, the petitioner was given a personal hearing. The matter is pending before the Anomaly Committee along with several other cases of employees of the Judgeship.

This Court is of the view that this Court's order dated 22nd May, 2024 has been complied with.

It is expected that the District Judge, Purba Medinipur has sent the case of the petitioner to the Anomaly Committee as well along with the others. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 1841 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

5.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

6.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.
