Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence, it was not mentioned in the petition that an earlier application was moved and was not pressed. In view of the above, the petitioners do not want to press this application either.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the second application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.
