Learned counsel for the private respondents denies the allegations made in the writ petition and submits that the dispute is purely civil in nature.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the civil suit is pending and the police are keeping a close watch on the developments in the locality.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the police authorities to keep a vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.
