1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Petitioner had absconded and proclamation has been executed. It is contended co-accused have been granted bail. They do not stand on the same footing with the petitioner as he had absconded and evaded the process of law.

3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
