1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the son-in-law of the de-facto complainant. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is staying happily with the defacto complainant's daughter as husband and wife.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioner, while acting as a Manager of the business concern of the de-facto complainant, embezzled funds. He even eloped with the daughter-in-law of the de-facto complainant.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. However, he submits that the alleged ill-gotten money was also credited to the bank account of the de-facto complainant's daughter.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary while I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, his movement needs to be restricted for a limited period.

5. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation, shall meet the I.O as and when required and shall not threaten or intimidate the witnesses. The petitioner shall stay beyond the jurisdiction of Raghunathganj Police Station for a period of six months except for meeting the I.O or attending the Court.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
