The prayer made by the petitioners is for sale of the properties owned by the companies in which they had deposited the money and for refund of the same out of such sale proceeds.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grievances, which are common in nature in WPA 3408 of 2014 pending in this Court. They shall also be at liberty to get the present writ petition revived, if any relief claimed by them still survives.
