The E-Challan was generated after the vehicle was seized. Obviously, the generation of the E-Challan was an afterthought. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the incident and in defrauding the revenue. Requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5952 of 2022 is dismissed.
