1. Affidavit of service filed in court today is taken on record.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he applied for electricity connection vide application dated 29.1.2020. However, due to objection raised by the private respondents, the electricity connection was not granted.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the private respondents and the State submits that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled.

4. Learned counsel for the private respondents states on record that they have no objection if the petitioner is granted electricity connection.

5. In view of the current situation, the W.B.S.E.D.C.L.

is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.01.2020 within a period of two weeks from today.

6. Learned counsel for the W.B.S.E.D.C.L. states that they will consider the application of the petitioner within two weeks since the private respondents have no objection to the grant of electricity connection to the writ petitioner.

7. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
