1. Claim for parity with other coaccused who were enlarged on bail by the coordinate Bench on April 19, 2024 passed in CRM(DB) 1214 of 2024, May 2, 2024 passed in CRM(DB) 1370 of 2024, May 14, 2024 passed in CRM(DB) 1498 of 2024 and August 14, 2024 passed in CRM(DB) 2056 of 2024 is not being disputed on behalf of the State.

2. In such circumstances, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of Signed By :

whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad, subject to condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

4. In the event, the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions as enshrined hereinbefore, it is open to the trial court to cancel the bail without further reference to this Court.

5. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

6. CRM(DB) 4065 of 2024 is disposed of.
