The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his information has not been acted upon by the police authorities which were sent on 15.11.2024.

Learned advocate for the State is present. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that WPA 17297 of 2024 was disposed of on 11.07.2024 by a coordinate Bench of this Court wherein there are specific observations.

In view of the aforesaid, I am of the opinion that the prayer advanced in the writ petition is premature.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 28552 of 2024 is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
