The petitioner complains that his easementary rights are being infringed on account of the construction of a structure where the Ganasakti newspaper is being pasted every day.

The allegation is that the complaint lodged against such unauthorized construction was not considered by the authority.

The Court is of the opinion that as regards infringement of easementary rights, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil forum for remedy.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
