The petitioner claims protection from the Barrackpore Police Station for construction of a boundary wall.

The private respondents have indicated that there was no boundary wall and there was a common boundary wall thereat.

The police confirms that there was no evidence of boundary wall.

The petitioner may approach the appropriate civil or statutory forum for demarcation of his property.

The Barrackpore Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of, peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
