2) Petitioner is working as Constable in Border Security Force (BSF) and apprehending that he may be removed from service present writ petition is filed.

3) However, from the submission made on behalf of the petitioner it is found that till date no adverse order has been passed against the petitioner.

4) Union of India is represented by learned advocate.

5) Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties, it is found that writ petition is premature and same is not maintainable at this stage.

6) Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

7) However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if any order is passed against the petitioner in future relating to his service.

8) All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
